Kinnaird Guest House is a family owned business and we like to provide guests with a comfortable room and a generous breakfast. We are happy to advise you on Edinburgh's plentiful restaurants, bars and places of interest.

Kinnaird Guest House is conveniently located for travel by train, air and car. Haymarket train station is 2 minutes walk from Kinnaird Guest House. For travel by air, you can catch an airport bus right round the corner or try a trip on Edinburgh's famous trams - where you can alight opposite Haymarket station.
